Used Cooking Oil Pickup & Collection
We Come to You. Every Gallon Converted to Renewable Fuel.
WHY IT MATTERS
Your Used Oil Isn’t Waste. It’s a Resource.
Every restaurant produces used cooking oil. Most operators treat it as a nuisance — something to deal with and forget. Oilmatic customers treat it differently.
Every gallon we collect is converted into renewable diesel or SAF, reducing lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions by up to 80% versus fossil fuels. Documented, verifiable, ISCC-certified.
FOG regulations, grease trap requirements, municipal compliance documentation — all handled through your service agreement. Nothing to track on your end.
Our ISCC-certified chain of custody generates verifiable data for every gallon collected. Ready for corporate sustainability audits, ESG disclosures, and regulatory reporting.

ISCC Certified
UCO is transported to our processing network and refined into high-quality feedstock for renewable fuel production.

What our
Clients Say:
“Ace Restaurant Group started using the Oilmatic system in 2002, and today it is installed in all of our restaurants. The system is easy to manage and convenient to use. I recommend Oilmatic for their bulk oil system and their quality of doing business—not to mention how much safer it has made our kitchens. We haven’t had one injury due to a burn or slip-and-fall since we made this commitment.”
— Ace Restaurant Group, Houlihan’s
“Oilmatic installed a custom system to fit our building and oil necessities. Since installation, we have seen reduced incidents of burns as well as slips-and-falls, and kitchen employee training has become much easier due to the operational simplicity of the Oilmatic system. Since we started using the Oilmatic Supreme Canola Oil, we have reduced our oil usage by almost 30%—resulting in thousands of dollars in savings.”
— Bongos Cuban Café, Disney Springs
Oilmatic was able to custom-design a mobile cart to handle all of the challenges of servicing our 50+ fryers. The carts are easy to maneuver and are able to access all of our multiple concession stands on all three levels of the arena. The Oilmatic carts have provided us with a much safer, cleaner, and more efficient way to handle all of our cooking oil needs. Since the arrival of the Oilmatic carts, we have greatly reduced the risk of injuries and spills.”
— Prudential Center
“We have been working with Oilmatic for over 13 years now. One specific area that Oilmatic has continued to excel is in customer service. This is on display not only during the planning and installation of a system but in the continued follow-up visits to ensure that everything is working properly and addressing any issues in a timely manner. Since the installation of Oilmatic, the whole cooking oil process has become a safer, cleaner, and much more efficient one.”

Common Questions About UCO Collection
Pickup frequency is determined during onboarding based on your volume and generation rate. Most accounts are serviced weekly or bi-weekly on a fixed route schedule. High-volume operations such as food manufacturers, casinos, and multi-unit chains may qualify for more frequent service. You do not schedule pickups — we monitor your account and adjust frequency as needed.
No. Oilmatic installs all collection equipment — including sealed exterior bulk tanks — at no capital cost to you. There is no purchase price, no lease fee, and no setup charge. Equipment is maintained by Oilmatic for the life of your service agreement at no additional cost.
Oilmatic operates regional facilities throughout the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, and Puerto Rico. Contact us directly to confirm availability in your specific market — most service inquiries receive a response within one business day.
Every pickup generates a documented record of volume collected, date, location, and chain of custody tracking. This data is available on request and formatted to support corporate ESG disclosures, sustainability audits, California LCFS compliance, EU renewable fuel directives, and federal RFS reporting. If you have a specific reporting format required by your organization, contact us to discuss what we can provide.
Yes. Oilmatic holds ISCC certification, which is the internationally recognized standard for sustainable feedstock verification. Our chain of custody is audited and documented from point of collection through delivery to the renewable fuel refinery. This certification is what makes our sustainability documentation valid for regulatory and corporate reporting purposes.
